Although our practice of inspecting the property before you arrive takes us more time, you will have our inspector's full attention during the walk-through, and our inspector will be prepared to answer your questions. This also makes our inspections more reliable since the inspector is not distracted during the preparation. An average inspection requires five hours; three hours for the preparation and two more hours for the walk-through with you to explain the findings and answer your questions.
